He might have been POed about the constant fouling by the Plumlees.  If you watch the game closely, he is fouled repeatedly each time he touched the ball.  Do refs simply not call a fould when a guy bumps into you and they bounce off you?

Simply put: Refs give Duke almost all close calls. That's why they are Duke.
