Drake, Drexel, MU, Mississippi, Norfolk St, Texas Christian, Virginia, Winthrop
Is that field even strong enough to warrant the trip?
Well, Winthrop can be dangerous. Ole Miss can play, and we will get to see Nick Williams. Virginia may turn out to be decent by that time.
And sure, why wouldn't the trip be worth it?
Virgin islands + mu ball = great trip. I don't think I'd be disappointed if I went.

No.
Besides, this island is a disaster. There are far more lovely and enchanting Caribbean Islands to visit if that'ss your goal.
Now if MU were playing in a tournament with Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, UCLA, Arizona etc., that would be different. With a year's experience under our belts, that trip would be a wild one.

Then St. Thomas with a side trip to St. Johns? I could think of worse ways to spend November.
Yes. St. Johns is a short ferry away. Great beaches and snorkeling. Staying there for a couple days after tourney victory would cap off a nice trip.
I looked at paradisejam.com and didn't see the 2011 dates. Have the dates been confirmed? I gather its the 18-21 based on this years schedule. I think it's a great trip and the island could use more blue and gold.
Yep 18-21st. You can find it on page 24 of this pdf. http://www.paradisejam.com/pages/ParadiseJamProgram.pdf (http://www.paradisejam.com/pages/ParadiseJamProgram.pdf)
The MU Women will also be playing the Paradise Jam a week later.
