So we only played 8 guys last night. Fulce would have undoubtedly had minutes had he been healthy though. But it seems clear to me that Williams, Smith and Jones aren't going to be seeing the floor much this year unless injuries change something. None of those three had minutes last night.
Against better teams, I think Buzz will continue to shorten the bench and have an 8, maybe 9 man rotation. With Fulce and Williams battling for that ninth spot.
Also, last night MU was behind basically the whole game. That doesn't lend itself to playing 10 or 11 guys.

I agree for the most part... nine man rotation including Fulce. Fulce could have helped our interior defense last night.
The only thing I would say is if Jones can "get it" on defense as the year progresses, he may get limited playing time (5 mpg?). We need a zone buster/three point shooter and he could be that guy.
Why would you want to play 10-11 guys. The only way that should happen is in a blowout. The top teams have 7-9 man rotations, usually 8. Duke used 8 last night. If you use too many, guys can't get into the flow of the game.
I'm pretty sure Reggie would have played last night if he didn't have his head up his ass, as seen in the newest episode of Revealed.

I saw that too - was unclear exactly what he did/said during that but he was getting some nasty looks fromt he coaches. Also, I thought someone said he had a minor ankle sprain too.
