Title: Anybody watching the game tonight?
Post by: rocky_warrior on November 12, 2010, 05:17:27 PM
Or is everyone just planning on arguing with or agreeing with chicos?

Holy crap.  For the record, I'll be watching the game via ESPN3.

espn3 is online.  whether you get it depends on if your internet provider participates.

Lots of them in fact.  But only one that's important to me.

I remember one of the MUTV guys saying that they were attempting to get permission to stream the game tonight like they did with the St. John's game. Anyone know if that dream has died?

Also I am out of the country and ESPN 3 doesn't work, anyone have any other options?

I thought I remember someone saying that all ESPN Full Court games will also be shown on ESPN3.com... is that the case?

I'd be shocked, ESPN owns the rights so I have no idea why they would allow MUTV to stream something they own the rights to.

Typical Crime Warner, saying the website is down when trying to verify my subscription, then freezing, then finally thinking I'm getting it to work, but also needing to dig through three days of garbage to find the statement I never opened because I pay online, but my online payment username and password isn't the one they're looking for, then when finally getting the account information getting a "our system is down, try back later" message.  Rabble.  Rabble, rabble!

I'm going to switch to a cable company with ESPN3 (Mediacom) from my current one after the 12 month new subscriber discount ends at the end of this month with Qwest.

In the meantime, let me be the idiot to ask if anyone's dog catcher's brother's alderman's step son has found a stream online yet?

You're right, I screwed up the date. Probably just wishful thinking that tonight's game would be streamed. Here is the quote I was talking about from Todd Warner.

"Here is the link to the game on Saturday: http://www.gomarquette.com/allaccess/ I was on the color commentary and Michael Wottreng was on the play by play, we appreciate all of your thoughts on the broadcast and we take all of the comments as constructive criticism and want to get better each and every day.  We are not pros but still I expect big things out of myself and want to bring a good product to the alumni that follow Marquette basketball.  We are in the talks with athletics for all of you living out ow town to stream the November 20th game against South Dakota and the Dec 4th game verse Longwood.  We will let you know whether or not it falls through.  If you didn't catch the postgame thoughts of Buzz on the PG situation and Jae Crowders double double her it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7TV-AlLTL8&feature=player_embedded"

Playing "jump around" is kind of lame since Wisconsin plays it at all their football games
