edit: I saw this article before it was changed to subscription only...so it's not technically 'stealing', right? ;D
Another top 50 prospect made their decision on Thursday.
Nick Faust will announce for Maryland during a press conference this afternoon, per a source.
Maryland spent a considerable amount of time recruiting Faust, a four-star prospect.
Faust also strongly considered Marquette, Villanova, Florida State and Oregon State.
Oh well
Time 2 hit the JUCO circuit Buzz!!!

Hey, that kind of looks like Bo holding his arm on the lower right!
:o
All three kids picked the home state stae school. that is the thing that sux for MU ....that Wisconsin is a veritable basketball talent wasteland.
Kudos to Buzz for going to Cali and getting Anderson. Not concerned he will find two more high level players for us. This bryant sounds intriguing and Buzz owns the Juco scene.
Let's just hope that in the next two years, kids choosing the in-state school plays in our favor with guys like Tokoto, Nolan, and Koenig.
Nolan is now at Huntington Prep in West Virginia.

Doesn't really change Wisconsin being his home state :-\

In another thread, someone mentioned that Junior Cadougan was from Texas. He is actually from Canada, but spent one year in Atlanta and 2 years in Texas.
I think Nolan is going to blow up at Huntington Prep...might be harder to bring him back to WI.
After practically a ten year absense, maybe this is when Maryland can get back into the upper tier of the ACC.

Huh???
In the last 10 years, Maryland has advanced to 2 Final Fours, won a NCAA title, won three ACC titles/championships ('02, '04, '10) and won more ACC games (107) than any program not named Duke (135) or North Carolina (109). Maryland is 3rd behind Carolina and Duke in the all-time ACC standings and was easily the 3rd best ACC program last decade.
I'm not here to flame but that original post is just flat out factually incorrect.

In his defense, he did say "practically." ::)
