Thanks to Kevin for posting this week's episode.
We appreciate all the views we get each week, and really enjoy the feedback we get from people in person, on Facebook, and on the boards. We know some things can get better (this week, for example, we had an excited camera person who made two of the pieces a little dizzy to watch), but we enjoy making this because we think it's the closest thing to the real world we can get while still in school.
Let us know what you think: what stories clicked, what stories you want to happen, etc.
It's awesome to have this community to watch our entirely student produced show. For you all to take the time to watch it means a lot.
All the best,
Brad
I'm usually very critical of... everything.
MUBB Weekly has gotten better every single episode since you first started this wearing suit coats that didn't fit :P Great job on all of this! I'm really impressed what great strides the whole crew have made towards creating a highly marketable product!
Probably means nothing, but at about 6:45 it sounded like he said that people will be keying on him and JFB and that "there's going to be times I'm going to have to find Erik or Joe..."
There's been a lot of talk about Erik and wondering if he's going to step up this year. I've said a lot of times I'm really excited about him and hope he is a key piece. I wonder if DJO has given us any insight into where Erik fits in.
Really enjoy your work. Is it possible to show video of practices? It would be interesting to learn how the team is meshing together. There is so much talent and depth, that we wonder what the "pecking order" will be. This is usually determined in practice, wherein the players know where they stand - ie, who is better, etc. It would be nice to learn how the internal competition is measuring up. Is there any way that you can report on this?

Nice catch, and I heard that too and thought that was the first truly positive thing I had heard about EWill in a while........and then it went right out the other ear. If EWill is suddenly one of the '5 toughest', that puts a whole different spin on a lot of things.
Brad - as a Senior .. the biggest mission before you is to groom a predecessor so MUBBW continues after you graduate!

The Erik story will be an interesting one to follow this year. I talked with him at Media Day and he said he is extremely comfortable in Milwaukee, and with the program - something he admitted was tough to say at this point last year. I think the adjustment period for any freshman going into college is difficult - Top 100 recruit or not. A staff member told me Erik has looked great in workouts and though he will play, not to expect him to be an explosive, rim-rocking type of guy. Said staffer said that's not his style of play, but that Erik is a worker and has shown many a positive sign.
Regarding practice, we would LOVE to get into a practice, but it's a tough thing to gain access to...understandibly. If we can raise enough funds, we will be travelling with the team on various road trips - with the intention of working with Athletics to gain access to exciting, behind-the-scenes action like the ESPNZone trip we took with the guys in NYC last year (http://youtube.com/watch?v=6o1jsy_JiS4 (http://youtube.com/watch?v=6o1jsy_JiS4)).
Todd's on his way. Not to boost his ego too much, but some guy named Schwartz had to follow Warner's speech at the Oakland Hills caddie banquet last night:
