Post by: TheButlerDidIt on October 20, 2010, 02:04:50 PM
I see the fish fry is for 5pm, but does anyone know when the scrimmage portion will begin?

I've found that the scrimmage never starts on time.  I'd be very surprised if It got started before 7:15.

I've found that I always blackout before the scrimmage starts. Always good intentions of reviewing the players...

Yes, the Fish Fry festivities slow things down and folks have to walk over from the Union to The Al.

I've always been curious about Haunted Hoops.  My assumptions has always been that it's more of a family night with kids running around the whole time.  Is this the truth?

It's an intra-team scrimmage with a Halloween costume parade at half time.  Any kids running around nutty are completely because the parents refuse to control them.

For the Fish Fry? Probably not.  They hold it in the cafeteria on the 2nd floor of the AMU.  There is a link for online registration here: http://www.gomarquette.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/093010aab.html

Haunted Hoops is free.

Last year it was in Marquette Place, and the online registration page I linked to says "AMU 2nd Floor."
