Juan Anderson interview
If the Marquette Golden Eagles' newest recruit, Juan Anderson, is as good a player as he is a quote, coach Buzz Williams will have truly hit it big.

QuoteBut as I got older I started hearing about the Big East and stuff, and it's just hard to pass up on a school like Marquette.
QuoteDespite the fact that the Pac-10 is my home conference, I wanted something new, and the Big East is the best conference in the nation. I wasn't going to pass that up.
Seems like the conference played a big role in his decision. Makes me more and more fearful of conference realignment.
"I love the fact that everybody says, 'West Coast kids don't go to the East Coast.' Well, don't generalize, because I'm different."
East Coast? Just to be safe no one mention that the water is Lake Michigain and not the Ocean.
"I may bring the ball up. I may handle it sometimes."
It would help our avg hight and rebounding to have a 6'6 pg.
Seems like a fantastic get all around. Nothing I don't like about him.
Well spoken young man. Great representative of the greater Marquette community.
...are you ready for the Wisconsin winters:
"Yeah, I am. People say it's going to be cold, blah, blah -- but you can always put on layers. You can always do something about that. And half the time I'm not even going to be outside. That's minor. That's minor."
What a level-headed kid. It seems like he's got his priorities straight. He seems like a great addition to the program!
Are we sure Rosiak didn't just pull some past responses from Lazar interviews and throw in some California references? ;D Some of his quotes remind me of Lazar's interviews. He seems to be very well spoken. Looking forward to seeing him play.
