The main story is about overlooked programs that could have been in Vitale's preseason top 40, and Marquette is one of them. The first thing you see on the NCAA BB page is a picture of DJO posting up Corey Fisher.
"Marquette: Darius Johnson-Odom, last season's tremendous Juco transfer, and Jae Crowder, this season's big JC recruit, give Buzz Williams two tremendous upperclassmen wings. Add in freshmen Vander Blue and Jamail Jones and Marquette is a HUGE sleeper in the Big East."
Sounds about right to me. MU's doubters have their good reasons after losing three key players in a 7 man rotation, but MU is once again a team that can sneak up on the national scene.
biiiiig expectations for crowder though...
can we get the text of the article, for those of us who aren't insiders? or is that little blurb all they said about MU?

All three pictured are Jesuit schools: St. Louis, Marquette, Loyola Marymount.
I thought Doug Gottlieb never had anything nice to say about anyone.

Wait til the season starts.
Interesting that he mentions 4 players in the headline and not one of them is Jimmy B.
