Title: Pitt's Kendall and Young not at 100%
Post by: spiral97 on March 02, 2007, 12:45:48 PM
From SI's Truth and Rumors (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/sioncampus/03/02/college/index.html?section=si_latest)...
QuotePitt starting forward Levon Kendall did not go through a full practice yesterday because of a nagging turf toe injury, and his backup Sam Young is struggling with tendonitis in his knees. Both are expected to play tomorrow night against Marquette.
-- Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

If true, then this will also likely make it difficult for Pitt in the BE tourny with back to back games.

I can't believe the injury report ignores Kendall's head injury.  He got attacked by a barber early in the season, and he has yet to recover.

I would hope that Pitt comes in here with all hands on deck and ready to go-----kind of anti climatic to beat a crippled Pitt team!

I really dont care if Pitt is at full strength or not.  I just want to see a win no matter how anti-climatic it might or might not be.
