It used to be in some states you would be put on a sex offender list for that. I'm serious. Not sure if it still happens but it wouldn't surprise me.
Milwaukee treats that as a municipal citation for disorderly conduct.
I was "pulled over" Senior week while walking home from the Harp and Shamrock at 9 am for something similar. Mind you, this was after doing about 10 shots of Jagermeister and at the tail end of 27 straight hours of drinking. THANKS JEFF SKINNER....your couch was quite comfortable!

That's not how it used to be. It used to be a public masturbation ticket as recently as the year 2000.

2005, it was a disorderly conduct.

Yeah, that's like stone age stuff. Colorado finally passed HB 10-1334 in may to remove the "sex offender" status from public urination, which means finally on Aug 11, 2010 we only get a class 1 petty offense for watering trees.
Yup, CO, at the forefront of legislative progress.
this wouldn't be a big deal except that this is Mazzulla's 3rd strike. got arrestted for underage drinking disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at a pirates game then got arrested for domestic battery. most places 3rd strike and you're out at the very least, but can bobby really discipline someone for drinking too much?

Speaking from personal experience, bro?

Maybe if he wasn't being handled internally, he wouldn't be inclined to urinate publicly.

That is the real story here. He's been in the dog house before (with the law and with Huggins). It'll be interesting to see what comes out of it. I can't imagine Huggins has much to say (assuming Mazzulla was drinking booze as well), unless he's turned his own drinking habits around.*
* I have never seen Huggins have drink, but am basing the comment on his DUI and speculation that he continues to drink.
