Sans IU shorts.
Dwyane has really improved as a public speaker.
Gives a good speech.
It's interesting to me that a thread on Wade wearing IU shorts during a workout gets three times as much activity as a thread on Wade returning to MU's campus.
Perhaps that inferiority complex thing is real.

Ya think?
Nitpicky...but I do this stuff for a living....
They should have showed the whole speach, and they should have had better audio quality.
And as for the IU shorts thing, there is nothing wrong with having loyalty to your school and loyalty to your coach.

I watched it last night and the audio quality was exceptional on my IMac. I thought I saw the whole speech but I could be wrong.
It has nothing to be with inferority. It is all about loyalty and betrayal appearance.

Forgive me if this has been asked but has Wade come back to graduate from MU yet

Not from MU, but I heard he's taking classes at IU because he has no loyalty.
D-Wade is GOLD. The type of schedule he has, and how many commitments and demands on his time he has - that he takes time out to do something like this speech/Boys and Girls Club association, etc. - is a great reflection on who he is as a person. For as successful as he's become, and practically being an international icon - he's remained unbelievable grounded and given back to MU. Yes, MU provided him an opportunity - but he has paid back that opportunity and scholarship back 100,000 times over. The message he shared in his speech is truly something that can be shared with prospective recruits, parents of recruits, and will reap continued dividends for MU. This is why I say he is GOLD. A true blessing to the history of MU, much as Al McGuire.
Thought his speech was great, and continue to be amazed by how he's handled his fame and fortune. Thanks D-Wade for being a great MU ambassador.
Again, I would hope that all recruits, their families and "handlers" get to see the Wade video and Buzz's "Revealed" videos. This is what makes us different. We ARE Marquette.
