Not huge news, but Taylor King transfering to USC. Previously transfered from Duke.
More schools by the time their eligibility runs out: King or Mbakwe?
Supposedly he was not well liked there, by teammates or fans. Chain smoker who was too slow in the first place.
"The 6-6, 230-pound former McDonald's All-American reportedly left Villanova last month after after violating team rules, but he declined to clarify what happened there or at Duke.
"I'm not going to comment on the past," he said.
USC is out of scholarships so King will count as a walk-on next season, in which he will have to pay his own way. He'll be on scholarship the season after that.
King gained great fame for committing to UCLA as a 15-year-old, but he opened up his recruitment after his first season at Mater Dei, and later committed to Duke. After one season there, he transferred to Villanova."
What a boomerang kid.
Funny he didn't stick around Duke as he was a prolific HS scorer (top 5 in CA history).

"But a source close to USC said that King "didn't want to pay" to come to USC, which he would have had to do in the upcoming season because the Trojans didn't have a scholarship to offer him."
San Jose State welcomes you with open arms!

No one pays to play at USC...it's the other way around.
