The No.1 player in 2012 is thiking about re-classifying to 2011 (as odd as that sounds). Most think he is a lock for UConn.
Drummond + Kemba Walker = Okafor + Ben Gordon
I was thinking this was going to be another down year for UConn but if this happens, they are clearly back in the discussion as being one of the top 3/4 teams in the conference. I saw him play last year and the only comparison I can make is to Neon from Blue Chips. He will likely be the No.1 pick in the draft.
Good news for Calhound/UConn, bad news for the rest of the conference.
How would he just reclassify?
I'm assuming it means he has a chance to finish his high school credits early, much like Andre Dawkins did for Duke last year.
Apparently, his mom held him back (because of age) and he repeated his sophomore year. Yet, he has enough core credits to enter college.

How would his reclassifying to 2011 help them this year?
I doubt Walker is around next year to join him.

I'm pretty sure everyone is saying Walker is going to be a lottery pick after this year.
