Title: Pro Am times for Sunday
Post by: syscokid on August 02, 2010, 06:54:01 PM
Does anyone know what time the games are starting sunday at the AL? On the pro-am website it still says TBA.

From  IWB and the Scout board,

Sunday has finally been cleared. We will run 6 games.....

1:30 - 5th place vs 8th place
2:30 - 6th place vs 7th place
3:30 - 1st place vs 4th place
4:30 - 2nd place vs 3rd place
5:30 - Consolation Championship - winner of game 1 vs winner of game 2
6:30 - Championship - winner of game 3 vs winner of game 4

Should be fun, at this point, every team in the league still has a shot at playing for the title.

Yeah every team has a shot except for the 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th place teams, right?

Correct.

NCAA rules, you can't play 3 games in one day for the same team.

I read that as of today (prior to tonights games), 4th - 8th place has not been settled so as of today, all have a shot at the championship.   After tonight, 1 - 4 will be settled any only those teams have a shot at the title.

Although if you are at the Al you could be waiting awhile to see any action....

The games are at some high school, not the al.

Sunday's games are at the Al.
