Title: Jamil Appeal?

He was using Jamil as an example of a possible waiver of a redshirt year due to family issues (his mother passed away 2 years ago). Theoretical, but highly unlikely.

Yup, on 1250, I would guess its not going to happen. So we'll have 5 sophomores on the roster next year...So much for balancing classes.

Pray all he wants, but why would the NCAA grant him his wishes....how is his situation any different then any other guy who transfers after the coach leaves.

Maybe the NCAA will do the right thing for a change. I won't hold my breath.

The right thing would be to not grant it and I am pretty sure that is what will happen.
