Either that or he grew an extra elbow.
That looked painful :o
While I don't want Wiscy to win, I don't want to see anything like that.
How could the announcers not see his elbow turn around? I almost made a run to the bathroom to lose my lunch.
I missed it... I was making food, but I saw him with a cast on... thats going to kill the Badgers
Elbows are not meant to move the way his did when he hit the floor. Butch was holding back tears in his eyes later in the game while on the bench with a wrap and sling on. I suspect his season really is over.
Cooked pasta is not supposed to bend that way. I worry about a career with that type of displacement. Think Theisman, it was that gross.
Watched it live, watched one replay, cannot watch it again. I haven't heard officially yet, but it had to either be a displaced fracture or a dislocation, and I am guessing fracture. Ugly. Wouldn't wish it on anybody, not even a badger. Best of luck to that young man and his family during the recovery.
Hope for his sake it's not season ending but it sure lookied like it. Really tough break for a kid hoping to get to the Final Four (and having a good chance to do it this year.) Take a player like Tucker off any team and the likelihood of next year being as good is not there. Tought break for Brian.
Another poster said it was reportedly a fracture. If it was sticking out, then a compound fracture.
He's done for.
No way it is a compound fracture as that is an immediate infection risk and immediate trip to the operating room. Clearly was a dislocation... if it was a fracture the trainer wouldn't have been trying to yank his arm back into place. The question is, is it just a dislocation or a dislocation and a fracture combined? The main issue is going to be whether or not he tore ligaments. If so, it could be career ending.
