I don't think that helped him. He still comes off as an ignorant bigot. Personally, I was happy to see King Stern come down so harshly on Hardaway.
I heard the interview replayed on the radio and he was way, way, way out of line. Nothing was taken out of context. He is a fool for publicly making those comments. Anything he gets he deserves. I thought kids from the South Side of Chicago had more street smarts than that.
