Just wondering what Calipari's team will look like next year? You would have to figure Wall and Cousins are gone. Would Patterson think about leaving early as well?
If Orton, Bledsoe, Miller, Liggins, and Patterson all return that sounds like a pretty good team. I know they have a small forward (Poole) and another big guy (Kanter) coming in who are Top 75.
Is it just "reload" for Kentucky and they will be in the Top 5 again next year?
They are reloading. they are also heavily involved in two top 10 players in next years class yet to commit, I believe selby is one, can't remember the name of the other one, maybe Irving.

That would be Brandon Knight. The number one rated high school senior. He is a PG from Florida.
Wall and Cousins are most certainly gone. Patterson is gone. Bledsoe is 50/50. Orton is like 25% chance to dip. Knight is who they are hard after. If they get him, Selby goes to KU or Uconn. There is another recruit they are looking at as well. All in all they wont be much of a NC threat next year, maybe a sweet 16 team. Their fans say this as well.
I thought U of A was a strong possibility for Selby. The other kid who's a strong possibility for them is C.J. Leslie, a forward who if I recall correctly is at the same school Wall was at a year ago.
Who cares? Calipari is a big time crook who shouldn't be coaching. He will probably have to move on to another team before the NCAA catches up to him!
It seems like Brandon Knight and C.J. Leslie are bound for Kentucky. Selby will be interesting...he was committed to Tennessee, then his Mom was seen talking to WWW at an AAU event, shortly thereafter he decommitted from Tennessee. He is going to announce at the Jordan Brand Classic in a couple of weeks
If they get those guys, and Enes Kanter is eligible, they will be fine.
yup leslie was the guy. Calipari cant coach though, so its fine
I have heard a lot of things about the Kentucky team for next year. I have heard that it is a group decision, so if one stays they all stay and i have also heard that wall cousins, and Patterson are gone. And Bledsoe and Orton might go also. It is going to be an interesting off-season for Kentucky.
Looking at recruits for next year: Leslie and Knight are the two who are most likely to commit to Kentucky. Selby also said if Knight goes to Kentucky, that it would not affect his college decision.

That is because Knight is a PG and Selby is a SG. They can play together.
Where would bledsoe be going? He's not that good.

They are both PG, Selby is a point guard also, or is considered one by the scouts.

Bledsoe might be going to the NBA because the guard position is extremely weak this year in the NBA draft. That is why Bledsoe might be leaving.

He is more of a SG. If he and Knight both go to Kentucky, Knight will be the PG.

That's true, but i am just saying that he is projected as a PG. And if he goes to a different school than Knight, then he would be that teams PG.
From C.J. Leslie at the McDonalds All American Game:
"I know for a fact there are 5 players from Kentucky that are going pro."
Wall
Cousins
Patterson
Bledsoe
Orton

True, but the same thing was said about Eric Bledsoe and John Wall. There were major concerns about Bledsoe being able to play the 2 by those around him, and every other school was recruiting him as a 1. That turned out fine.
They will probably be in the middle of an NCAA investigation, afterall, Calipari is the coach.

Your right. Bledsoe is not a point guard at all, he is an undersized SG. He actually had more turnovers this year than assist. Which is pitiful for any guard. I think his a/t ratio was .96.

And hear is a link stating that all 5 (Patterson, Wall, Cousins, Bledsoe, and Orton) are expected to go pro.

I know thats what some people are saying, but I just don't get how he is a one and done player. He looked pretty average the times that I watched him.
