Is the game on ABC or ESPN Full Court on Saturday? According to the Marquette website, its on ABC but ESPN has it listed as a Full Court game.
It's on ABC -- at least in most of the country (I don't know where you live).
They semi previewed it during last nights DePaul/ND game on ESPN2.
More importantly .. on ABC, will it be HD?
Although I don't have a HDTV. So, most importantly, who's inviting me over to watch the game on their HDTV?
anyone know if the game will be on tv in the omaha area? let me know how to find out. thanks
I just checked the websites of WABC in NY and WTNH (ABC's affiliate in New Haven). WABC say teams to be announced while WTNH says Marquette at Notre Dame. So it looks like we in CT are covered.
coverage map for saturday.

I can't wait for this game. everyone not going, look for two sections of around 20-30 students clad in gold and plent of random marquette fans there...I know of at least 50 tix that were bought by MU fans....it's gonna be great!!
great to hear thanks for the info and especially that cool map. gosh i hope wade is ok
I still see the game is offered on ESPN full court as well. Perhaps it can be watched by we who do not live in the designated areas. Hopefully, somebody we be able to do the honors on game day regarding the backdoor link. ;)

That is only for games on ESPN360 - not Full Court or ESPNU.
anyone know if the game is in HD yet?
Checking the Milwaukee ABC station's listings .. the game is NOT in HD.
Correct - No HD. Complete BS.
Yet every CBS CBB gmae over the weekend is.
GARBAGE!!!!!!
has abc put any saturday games in HD? i haven't noticed one all year (of the few i've watched).
I dont think so. They dont seem to broadcast much at all in HD except the NBA. Kinda pathetic if you ask me.
Anyone know the difference in cost for a network to broadcast a game in HD vs. not?
yup.
everything about it more expensive.
still aren't as many remote trucks full hd out there as sd....
so remote facilities are a bit tough to come by.
microwave equipment, cameras, routers, uplinks, switchers...
you name it, right now a $$$ endeavor.
tho' considerably cheaper than just several years ago when we went all hd.
