So West Virginia is already down by 10!
4+ minutes in and WVU hasn't scored....Huggins looks very happy.
that would be what I get for picking to go really far. serves me right
Over-rated. Every team from the Big East. It should not be known as the BEast, but the LEast. At least this year.
That being said, I agree with all the positive posts I have read on here in the last 12 hours praising the team, their heart, their character and the coach. This was one of, if not the funnest year of MU basketball in a long time. Really enjoyed the season.

WVU is up 18 right now.
Let's wait until this shakes out. The conference losses yesterday were the 5th, 7th and 8th place teams. The big boys are playing today. Could easily leave the first round at 5-3 with two of the losses being by 2 points or less. The only crazy one was Georgetown, and considering they bigs how is it possible they lost?
Georgetown always has a couple losses to smaller quicker teams. They play so slow.

I still find JT3 completely unimpressive as a coach. Such a schizophrenic team loaded with NBA talent the last few years. Not getting results is a reflection on coaching.

I actually completely agree with this. I was thinking about his coaching thus far and he just doesn't come off as impressive. He doesn't use Monroe to his advantage as much as he should.
With what we've learned about just how down the Big East is and with Onuaku's injury...could Vermont maybe almost beat Syracuse? I think they've got the best shot of a 16 in years against a very short Orange bench.
