Final predictions (and more) before the first-round game

There's only so much more that can be written about the Marquette-Washington game. From what we've read (and see past blog posts for numerous predictions and previews), this should be a good game - one of the most anticpated contests of the first round.

I know Wilner is our guy out West this year, but he adds this in the notable alumni: Joe McCarthy...ouch.
