this year's "hot coach." Each season someone emerges, usually in the Tourney as the next great, legendary head coach who is rumored to be on every AD's short list to fill their vacancy. Usually it's a mid-major dude whose team pulls off an upset or two. So, who do you figure will be the hot cat this season?

Who's the coach at Richmond? I bet if they somehow get to the Sweet 16 he ends up somewhere else.

Which, BTW, Gottlieb has Richmond beating Villanova...
