We get the lowest 8/highest 9
If WVU:
We get a procedural bump up to a 7
My Prediction: WVU is the 4th #1. Makes MU a #7 in the KU region, against UNLV in the opening round with the winner facing OSU.

Duke is 1-3 vs. RPI top 25 (7-4 top 50). WVU is 5-4 (9-5 top 50).
Duke is 5-5 on the road. WVU is 7-4
