Just another reason to respect Scottie Reynolds.

What a statment by Scottie Reynolds.

Hate when I'm stating something and post just after someone else.  We all have to agree that it has been great to fight against Reynolds for these past 20 years (at least that what it seems) that he's been at Nova.  He is tough as nails and classy as hell.

and... I have a new avatar tagline

"We have to win games like this because we are not the most talented team in the country," guard David Cubillan said. "We have to fight you to the death."

"All I know is," said Fulce, "if you want to play with us, come with it."

Awesome quote.

Since MU's arrival, my favorite big east team [mu excluded] has been villanova. great kids, a respectable, respectful coach, and every game is close, thrilling, and evenly matched. I feel a kinship with that team. I just seems like there is no hate here. and its awesome.

"There's no shame in losing," said the Wildcats' Scottie Reynolds, "when . . . you're going up against a team like Marquette."

I feel the same way.  It's more of a sibling rivalry than it is a hatred (for me).  I have a hard time explaining it to my friends that aren't from MU.

I know Lenny Robbine personally and like him a lot, but I don't really know what game he was watching. Fulce did not score in the final two minutes. Zar's 3 was the last basket we scored; after that, it was all free throws.

Which is odd, because, well, fans from Philly aren't the most easy to get along with...

He probably meant last two minutes of the first half.

I hate players either because A) they are a d-bag or B) they are awesome and usually light up my team.

Scotty Reynolds falls into category B.

The Fulce part was missing a key word.....1st half. The earful from buzz and the baseline jumper were with 1:47 left in the first not in the game.
