Incredible 3 pointer with 2.3 seconds left. Why no fowl again!
Because Michigan was only up 2 - why would they foul?
They inbounded the ball with something like 2.3 seconds left. It went in as time expired. Why would you foul with a 2 point lead?
Mich was up 2, why on earth would they foul?
The better question is why Michigan did not have anyone guarding the inbounds pass.....free pass to Turner and he hits from about 30 maybe?

Or guarding Turner for that matter.

My bad on foul. Great shot! Excuse my brain fart.
This was the same reason that Cincinatti lost last night. Why do you not pressure the person inbounding the ball? Makes no sense to me.
Evan Turner is the best College Junior since Dwyane Wade.
I am not a Michigan fan, but that clock did not start when the ball touched Evan Turner's hand - it didn't start till he had pivoted and turned up the floor. Human error, but i cost Michigan, in addition to the bad D they played at the end.

Absolutely. What a fantastic ending, but Michigan made no effort to keep the ball from getting in, keep Evan Turner moving away from the basket, or keep him from getting a wide open look. I know it was from 40 feet, but it was wide open. Tough way to lose. He mentioned DeSean Butler's shot.
Should have had two guys waiting just before the half court line for Turner, imo.
That is why he is easily POY over Wall....not even close.
Wow, that shot was unbelievable... there have been some excellent games in conference tournaments so far. WVU vs Cincy last night was awesome too.
What the hell was the mich defense doing?
Clueless D. It was like Digger's plan against Danny Ainge in the ND-BYU game 20 years ago.
This is a #2 we could beat with a solid effort.

Celebrating a little to early I think.
That was the worst defensive effort I've EVER seen! Michigan should've just let them take the ball out at halfcourt. There was ZERO effort to deter Turner from putting up a shot.
Disgusting.

Hey now, that 6'0" white dude had his hand up.
OK, I watched the replay of that play on ESPN. Turner actually receives the pass inside the 3-point line on his end of the floor but the clock does not start until he takes at least two strides and is halfway to the mid court line. Great shot, but definitely not under 2.2 seconds of time.
Before questioning the effort, question by Beilein had them sitting back in a friggin' 1-3-1!!! That was awful. And the clock. My God the clock!!
No question....tremendous catch...dribble, square up and shoot.
BUT.....a 1-3-1 defense?
Nobody on the ball....
1 covering two in the backcourt and one of them is Turner.
What a stunner....set a pick to get the ball to Turner with the right side of the court wide open.
Still....a great shot.
