Title: Impressive Stat

Marquette has earned the fifth seed in the league tournament for the second-straight season and has never been seeded lower than sixth during its five-year affiliation with the league.

Another interesting tidbit: it's become unlikely that we continue our four year streak of being eliminated by a team that we beat in the regular season: '06 GTown (1-0), '07 Pitt (2-0), '08 Pitt (1-0), '09 Nova (1-1).  Unless we win tomorrow and then proceed to run into and lose to Georgetown instead of Cuse in the semis or anyone besides WVU/Pitt in the finals the streak will end.
