literally. If not more.
Lunardi was just on ESPN and said that 2 wins could get Uconn back into the tourney if not 3 would definilty do it. So basically he is trying to say that beating St.Johns and us then losing to Nova to finish 19-15 could get them in. Are you kidding me? Wow. That actually pisses me off.
On another note, Illinois dropped all the way to the last team in with their loss. No sign of Florida on the last 4 in or last 4 out so i assume they are still in.
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY disagree. No team has ever gotten an at-large bid with 15 losses. With that many losses their RPI would need to be at least 15 and maybe 20 spots higher to get a bid. I'm not sure a run of SJU, MU, nova and cuse with a loss in the championship game to WV would even be enough to do that.
This annoys me as well, but I think that the "experts" want to put them in based on their talent, not on their record. They have been dying to keep them in, but UConn is doing the best they can to stay out.
lets just beat them and send a louisville type statement to everyone on wednesday.
if they dont lose to the Johnies first...
If UConn gets in, the head coach of every bubble busted team should be on every channel in American complaining.

Man, how many Pac-10 teams get in with that model? 4?
