Womdered if he would do that with uab lsing at home to memphis he has been questioned by all on uconn - he just thinks they have too many big wins to be left out.

Unlikely to happen, but not totally without precedence. There have been teams that have made the NCAA tournament with sub .500 conference records (Ready2Fly, that's my NCAA Tournament Historian info for the day and I didn't run it by Jerry Palm).
They still have a strong RPI and some good wins and they played the 2nd toughest schedule in the country. Villanova on the road, Texas, West Virginia all good wins. A "good" loss to Kentucky.
I don't see them getting in, but they are one of those clubs when you take away the team name and put them next to another one of the suspect resumes, it depends what you're rewarding. They played a very strong schedule which the committee seems to like, they have a decent RPI (bubble area), they have some quality wins, but they also have a lot of bad stuff on there.
But if they win say their next game (@ South Florida) plus their first two Big East games, that puts them at 20 wins...it would be interesting to say the least.
