Title: still worried
Post by: mug644 on March 02, 2010, 09:52:08 PM
Lazar picks up his third foul with 16:06 to go. He has no points.
Jimmy already has three--fouls and points.
Even Williams has 2 fouls.

Wow, Fulce! His coming out?

Louisville has got to have a run in them. Here's hoping we can keep them back. DJO, step up!

EDIT: With 13:29 remaining, Louisville calls a 30 second timeout...down by 23. Can't imagine that this will slip away now. Still...?

There should be no worry at this point. Ville' will make a run, but Buzz won't let this team collapse with this lead.

Yes.  Not until the game is over, really over.  We have a tendency to give up 3's and get sloppy.

SHould have called TO after the second 3 in a row for UL to not give them monentum. Instrad, turnover and another 2 for UL.

Cadougan has to be smarter than to dribble to the corner when they are pressing...

About the only thing they haven't faced this calendar year is playing with a big lead.  Hope they can handle it.

And, even beyond our foul trouble, Louisville has a deeper bench. (Well before Fulce stepped up!)

23 point lead down to 12. We fell asleep too soon.

Horrible loose ball foul call on Hayward for his 3rd foul.  We need to start attacking and making back door cuts against their half court pressure.  They ran 3 guys at Lazar the last time he got the ball...

I feel like I've watched 7 different games already.

I feel like I've watched 7 different games already.

Or a typical college game

OK, feeling alot better.  Up 22 with four to go.   Look for Pitino to clear bench soon.  Nice, now lets do this to ND.

Not really.

In all honesty, you haven't watched 7 games.  MU kicked ass the entire game.  Let a few minor runs in, but never put this one in doubt.

If I recall correctly, we had a decent lead vs. FSU.
