Someone has to know this out there somewhere. I'm wagering no.
Nope, and only 2 teams have every played 4 straight OT games regardless of location and neither won them all.
What's amazing is that this isn't even the first time that Marquette has gone to three straight OT games. MU did it in 1981-82 (against Iowa, Old Dominion, Wake Forest), but some of those were at home and MU didn't win all of them.
3 OT wins all on the road......That could be a record that might never be broken....tied possibly (but doubtful). Can you really picture any team winning 4 road OT games in a row? Most teams may win 4 OT game on the road in what.....10 years???
I think our record is safe seeing as most teams don't even schedule 4 roads games in a row.

Was this reported somewhere as a statement of fact or just a guess? I'm curious if the NCAA or Rosiak, etc, actually reported this as a true stat going back through all the years of NCAA basketball.
