Sloppy now.   To be expected with Jr, EWill, and Fulce getting so many minutes early.    Time to buckle down on both ends.    NIce block by EWill, though.

I feel like we're playing Duke with all these Seton Hall flops.

Ugh . . . Theodore flopped 3x in about 2 minutes and finally got the call.

Need to clean up the turnovers and keep making shots.  SH seems out of sink.

Butler is playing just a terrible game, both on offense and defense.  He needs to finish those drives and one time had a wide open 3, but drove, then passed it on drive for a turnover.  Getting destroyed by Robinson.

Opportunity lost when it was 23 to 13.  MU had six straight possesions without scoring and SH did not score.  Thats when Zar missed the undre basket layup and Cubes missed two 3's.  Bad spell after a hot start.

With Hazell basically out in first half, MU should be way, way up and then we would have no worries for second half.   Great to be up even though it is 8.

Come on Jimmy and lets get this done in second half.

Lead down to 3, Butler with NBA plus, plus miss.  SH starting to push it inside and that Robinson is killing us.     Can we ever start a second half scoring????

That's what I saw too.  The one on the DJO drive was bad, but the one that actually got called was BRUTAL.  Jimmy didn't even touch him.

We started the game 6-6 from 3, now we're 6-15... and have had some really good looks.  Just goes to show how they come and go in runs.

Gonzalez is working the refs like his job depends on this game.  Even though it isn't.

Can they PLEASE change defense to defend Robinson??????

Ugh.  These refs are brutal.  No call when Acker gets pushed in the back driving the lane.  Don't think we've gotten a single call all day when getting held/pushed on rebounds.

And Cubes, man, that 3 just isn't falling for you today.

I'm sorry but Cubillan just plain sucks from downtown....if it weren't for that 6/6 game people would be all over him.

Tell Cubbie to stop shooting and figure out how to stop Robinson and we are up 15

Coobie is keeping SHU in the game all by himself.

Cheap shots continue for SH... Nutter or no Nutter

I don't think the Harvey foul on Butler was a cheap shot, just a terrible decision.  Clearly was trying to take away the easy shot and put him on the line, not on the floor.

J Butt is by far my favorite player, but he really struggles finishing some bunnies.  It almost seems like he needs to go left and get hammered in order to make it.  Great look though!

How bad are they destroying us in the paint. Are they that incredibly huge?

Not huge, but strong and active.

No, but Robinson is abusing Hayward big time in the paint!!

Gotta give him credit when it is due, nice reaction Cooby!

Didn't realize Hayward is 5th in the league in steals.  He really is a great all around player.  Needs to find the stroke again down the stretch.

...and Hayward got fouled on his put-in with 35 seconds left.

I hope this is a full time out so Jimmy has enough time to get to a phone booth and change into his cape.

Might have been a good idea to let DJO initiate the last possession considering he has been getting to the rim at will.

I get nervous everytime I see Lazar trying to dribble pentrate from beyond the arc. Charege waiting to happen.

Bad possession.

while these plays always appear to break down on the surface, they have so many options written into them that they always seem to get a good look at the end of regulation, ot, etc. not something we are used to seeing the last 5 years.

Anyone shocked Seton Hall makes a much-needed 3 in the final minute?

Did the announcer really just call that a "bail out foul"? Great objectivity.

WOW. I blame Seton Hall's tight rims on that miss by Hazell.

Are we NOW in?

:)

Anyways...did our man tredez do anything on the chat?

It is a basketball term.....

Bail Him Out Defensively
When an offensive player jumps and is out of control or the shot clock is winding down and the player has limited options, he must shoot or pass. When a player is in the air and attempts an off-balance shot or  pass, and is fouled, the defensive player has "bailed him out" because he had no shot or pass to make as he was in the air or the shot clock was about to expire.

Hence the name "bail out foul".
