Title: Is it DJO or DOJ?
Post by: RubyWiscy on February 21, 2010, 08:06:50 PM
The telecast of the game was in rare form today. Not only did the screen bounce around and studder constantly, in the second half the announcers were absolutely obsessed with how important this game was for the NCAA selection committee. Thank God for the Mute button.

Also at one point, they put up Darius' stats with his name as "Odom-Johnson."  Are these names interchangable or is this lazy work by the broadcast team?

Oops, didn't see the earlier thread on this topic. Never mind.

Marquette guard Darius Johnson-Odom not to be confused with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).  You are right though, the announcers were pretty bad.  They did not have much analysis so they just had to keep moving to talking about the bubble teams.
