Obviously total specutlation, but I'd be OK with an opening round game with Baylor followed by a possible second-round matchup with New Mexico.
Far from easy matchups - we'd have major size issues against Baylor - but both winnable.
Interestingly, Jerry Palm has the exact same potential first- and second-round matchups for MU in the bracket he released this morning. He has MU as a 12, Baylor as a 5 and NM as a 4, however. Kind of leads one to believe at least more than one of the experts think MU would be one of the poorer 11s/better 12s if the bracket was drawn today, and therefore maybe 4 or 5 away from the bubble on the good side.
I think Baylor would be a bad draw for MU. I'm in Big 12 country, and have seen Baylor play - they are long and athletic, and play hard. Not a good matchup for MU.
And Andy Glockner has declared MU "the official team of Bubble Watch" in that section of his write up.
