Title: Can someone please explain to James that he can't shoot 3's?

I mean seriously, what was going through his mind that if he couldn't make 3's from the line what makes him think he can hit it from an nba 3?

There I was thinking to myself with 30 seconds to go.  OK, get the easy 2, foul, and make DePaul earn a couple more at the line. 

NOPE.

DJ chucks one up from 8' behind the arc and misses everything.  Wonderful!  Horrible shot selection.

For the year, only Cube and Fitz are hitting above 30% from 3.  Just frustrating because of DJ's abillities.  There is no way the guy who switched onto him could guard him 25 feet away from the basket.  I am just scratching my head at this loss.

problem was, if he drives in another five feet maybe he even gets fouled. Though he'd probably miss the free throws. But at least from five feet closer maybe he reaches the rim.

The question is whether the coach called that play or gave him the green light.  Of all the people to take that shot, he should have been the last one.  Some serious questions should be raised.

James played better last night, but those last two shots he took at the end of the game were beyond idiotic and blew any shot we had to win the game.

I'm still wondering where all this nonsense of him being a first-round NBA talent is coming from.  He can't even make an NBDL roster right now.

That was a really awful game last night.  Terrible officiating, we couldn't make our FT's(AGAIN!), and just stupid basketball by MU.

I think Crean needs to get those guys in the gym and run 'em till they puke, then have them shoot for hours.  Also, if James takes another 30-footer, he needs to be pulled to send a message.

James' auditioning for the NBA is killing us right now.
