I feel like I am watching a MU game.  6 point lead with a minute left and then Louisville misses the front ends of one and ones and turns the ball over in the back court.  Now, Syracuse can steal the game.

Intentional foul?  What's with the BE refs this year?

Big win by Louisville, handing Syracuse their 2nd loss on the season.  At 'Cuse no less!

ptiisburgh and Loserville pulling off upsets makes MU's road a little tougher.  Ball still in MU's hands but it would have been nice to see those two lose

Higgins is a fool for calling that an intentional.

Louisville was hurt in two losses by late game controversial ref calls (SH, WV), so looks like the basketball gods decided it was time they were on the other side of controversial end-of-game call.

Had the same thought myself, the only thing missing was Syracuse throwing in 2 fluke 22 foot turn around threes a la West Virginia and Depaul.  That's the thing about MU's close losses, granted they choked on some free throws, but the other teams threw in prayer shots that were answered..

Well, this loss is going to hurt us. WHen have Pitino's teams not played better as the season comes to a close? Sure, they arent as good as they have been in recent seasons, but they are still dangerous. I had a strong feeling they were going to win today. Syracuse won 13 straight beofre losing to Pitt, then won 11 straight following that loss. They havent looked all that great the last few games and finally got it handed to them. Louisville played them at just the right time. If Lou beats them again in a few weeks, they are pretty much a lock for the tourney.
