Received 10 points in the AP. Does someone know the site where you can see who voted for them? Hopefully after 2 beat downs this week, moving above .500 in the Big East, and some loses by teams, we could be looking at a top 25 team.
Not that it matters, but it is nice being able to be on the front page when they only list Top 25 teams.
Wow, UCONN not getting one vote in the ap.
we would beat every team on this list
Florida State 77, Cornell 39, UAB 32, Wake Forest 31, Xavier 31, Siena 19, Rhode Island 17, UNLV 16, Clemson 16, Missouri 13, Charlotte 12, Marquette 10, Saint Mary's 9, UTEP 7, Wichita State 5, Oklahoma State 3, Maryland 2, George Mason 1
xcept maybe fla. state since they beat us once already I have to give them their propers.

Wilner's an idiot, so don't get too excited over our votes.

Yeah, I was hoping it was like 6 low top 25 votes. He seems to be pretty favorable to the Big East-minus Georgetown.

Not sure I agree with everyone on list except Fl. State. I haven't seen all of the teams above play but of the ones I have, I believe the following teams we are at best equal, if not worse than...
Mizzou (excellent defensive team causing turnovers, not giving up many threes)
Wake Forest (McFarland and Aminu would be tough matchups)
UNLV (guard oriented, deep bench, guards can drive)
Siena is actually pretty good.

dano, agree 100%
i would say most of those teams would give us a run for our money.
I'm just ridin' high after the uconn game
It's actually 1 16th place vote.

ETA: Whoops, wrong thread
Just gotta do work and in due time we'll reappear in the top 25... maybe. That Depaul loss looks just TERRIBLE and is hard to look past.
As of right now, we are not top 25 material, but could be if we pull off a few more of those close ones than losing them!
Agreed on Siena. Won a tourney game last year, gave UL all they could handle in the 2nd round and have everybody back as far as I know.
Cornell's pretty good, too. Gave Kansas all they could handle at Allen about a month ago.
And MU's win over Xavier keeps looking better by the week. I think they might be the best team in an improved A10 by the end of the year.
Would be a major accomplishment to get into the Top 25 anytime during this season. That would be huge,
