Maymon has yet to really have what one would call a break out game, but I actually really like what I see out of him. He is strong and seems to have a knack for finding the ball. His last few free throws did not go in, but I liked his release and mechanics. Playing behind Lazar and Jimmy will mean his role will be limited this year, but I think he will have some potential.
For a freshman, he also seems to relative poise and calm. He makes some dumb fouls, but I will live with that 10 games into high major college basketball as he gets used to moving from high school basketball to tougher competition. What I first thought was apathy might be a Jedi-like poise.
Lots of upside.

lol nice. i thought he had his best game of the year. he will be scary good if he works hard in the off-season and adds 20 pounds of muscle and a vertical jump. We may have our own mini-blair on our hands
I don't know if he needs the 20 pounds of muscle.. dude is physically capable of banging down low with the big boys right now.. the comfort level and understanding of the game will come with time, he'll be a solid player for years to come.
Basketball IQ is good; if Buzz is a great coach, J-May will improve greatly during his time in Milwaukee.
I thought Maymon had his best game of the year. He is much better defensively than I ever thought he would be at this point. My friend the Badger fan who took me to the game today said "he is going to be a beast in a couple of years." Tall...big frame...high IQ.
wait until Vander get here......the two of them = greatness....
