Pitt and Notre Dame also getting votes.

MU (and to some extent Providence) is the only team that hasnt kept it up this year since the BE expanded.  We will have to beat 12 vote-earner Xavier and #15 Michigan to get us back up there receiving some votes.

The only votes ND should get are for Dogcatcher of the Year.

ND sucks. They always have an exaggerated view of themselves--especially football.

Yeah it will be fun to watch the PR disaster that ensues after they are forced to pay Charlie $15 million to fire him and then hire some other tool of coach to a multi-million dollar contact while thousands of people in this country can't even get a job flipping Big Macs.

The school won't pay a dime. If he is ousted, the buyout will be funded by alum donations. highly unlikey he goes this year.

I wouldn't say highly unlikely. Even Charlie himself admitted making a case for his retention would be difficult.

Weis will be fired after this season.  He's as good as gone.  He probably would have been fired even if ND hadn't lost to UCONN.  I think that just cemented things.

ND lost to UConn in Football????

Now we know why they are afraid to join the BEast in Football.

No teal intended

No line Weis will be coaching his final regular-season game for ND this weekend. Interesting to see if they accept an offer to a lesser bowl, and if so, if they let Weis coach it, someone on the staff coach it, or potentially a new guy coach it.

And apparently Jimmy Clausen was "out to eat with parents" at 2:30 AM and got a couple black eyes...

Getting a little restless in South Bend

Joe Schad and the ND spin machine saying he was "sucker-punched"
