Good: Jimmy Butler, DJO (second half) playing and succeeding without Lazar on the floor. Eight players getting double digit minutes.
Bad: Dumb fouls by Lazar, tentativeness of newcomers and Acker/Cubi, still don't know if Otule can play (have yet to see a player his size for him to match up with. Buzz is right, he can't be chasing guards on the perimeter), EWill getting walk-on minutes, which indicates he hasn't made the adjustment to D1 hoops yet. Three point shooting.
Verdict: No real surprises. A work in progress with lots of potiential and room for growth.
Pretty spot on.
Bad-up and down effort and performance. Started nicely and then I looked up to see us trailing by one. Cannot let anyone go off like #20 from three.
Good-finished strong. Second half was a nice defensive effort and Jimmy kept up his phenomenal offensive performance. Basically shut down #20 for the last 10 minutes.
I thought Cubi looked confident, and even Mo took it to the rack a time or two. Mo seemed to be playing second fiddle, which is interesting. A guy behind me said he thinks DJO will be the leading scorer if healthy. He showed signs of what is to come. I like Buycks, he could be real good.
I saw in the box score that Otule got only six minutes. Is that because of match up issues on defense?

I don't remember his exact words, but in his presser, Buzz mentioned that Centenary was playing five guards and there was no way that Otule can play against that.

OK good. That makes sense.
for bad, can we mention erik williams shorts... i mean i know they like them long, but his are a little ridiculous. in the msoe game they looked longer than yous', and he spends half his time pulling them back up/readjusting them they are so big.
