What is the significance?
(A) Stewart played briefly at MU. (B) It is on the Badger Scout board, ergo it should matter to us. ::)

Man...I forgot that he played at MU for a bit. Talk about a scoring machine in high school....

It says his birth date is 1989. Pretty impressive that he was all-state before he was born :P
"Stewart transferred from Purdue in Kevin O'Neill's first season, but his stay was short-lived. He was suspended and subsequently dismissed during the 1990-91 season."
Stew had some sick hops......insane hops. Hope he does well in this new gig

I didn't realize it was on the Madison board, I posted it because he played at Marquette when I was at MU. There are many of us on this board that attended during that time period.
He later transferred to UC Irvine, which is also near and dear to my heart. It was a strange period of MU hoops.
So when it arrived as an alert in my email box today from Yahoo, I thought I would share it.
Hopefully he's improved his ability to stay awake during team meetings.
Nice! Way to go West! As a former student, they REALLY needed to get rid of the old coach Boyce Hodge. All the talented basketball players would move away from our district to go to memorial or just opt to not play basketball at all. They probably still will..but if Stew's a good coach maybe we'll get some west high alums coming to MU! The last really good one was Reece Gaines...not to bring up bad memories from '03
