sorry if i totally missed it, but just wondering what the latest was and if it has an effect on recruiting and on this years team performance.

No, Monarch (http://wiki.muscoop.com/doku.php/men_s_basketball/scott_monarch) got promoted to a full-blown assistant, and Bart Lundy (http://wiki.muscoop.com/doku.php/men_s_basketball/bart_lundy) is now the DBO.
