There is a video somewhere out on the internet right now of Erin Andrews indicating that she is not a natural blonde. I have seen the video its a lil grainy, but apperantly its her: http://deadspin.com/5317400/erin-andrews-attorney-speaks. The video was posted by a website called NSFW POA (clearly its not safe for work so please wait to view) however immediately removed because ESPN sent a threatening letter. http://deadspin.com/5317084/espn-lawyers-try-to-smoke-out-creepy-amateur-peephole-videographer
The three videos combine for about 1 min of footage. Clearly the video is of her beause there would normally be a denial period if it wasnt. Something about this doesnt toally add up, unless this was seriously one person (likely hotel staff) that know EA would be there.

"Well, the mystery is solved, I guess. Yes, that was Erin Andrews on the video circulating around. Yes, they're pressing charges. The direct quote from the attorney circulating via PR newswire after the jump:
"While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similary violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin's privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities."
Um, wow. Anyway, more on this tomorrow? Get some sleep, kids."

Very interesting. The smoking gun may point to Madison. I'd love to hear EAT's alibi.

I would like to invoke my 5th amendment rights. :-X

It certainly looks like her...though it is grainy (and that's too bad)....
-
It's starting to look like one of ESPN's own crew drilled the hole in the wall and filmed her as ESPN booked a chunk of rooms including those around EA's.

This was my first thought as well...totally an inside job

Interesting, I heard EAT took a job with ESPN about a month ago.
-
because the NY Post reported the story, ESPN is cutting ties with all of their sports writers and sources for ESPN's broadcasts
-
It wasn't because they reported the story. Its because they printed pictures from the video in the paper.

On the score they played the 911 call from Erin Andrews. She sounds very upset about the whole thing. I feel really bad for her. It's going to be tough reporting at games without some ass yelling something about it at her.
Camera guys were sitting in a car outside her home (in a gated community) and police had previously told her to call 911 if she ever had to get rid of them.

After hearing the audio you can tell she does not like (and sounds way too normal for) the fame...
"Mom, can you see their license plates? You're totally being obvious."

So, it wasn't EAT?
no, but you would have been my one phone call.
-
You can lean on me, bro. I got your back.

I gotta believe when this video came out that it was circulated among ESPN employess. I can just picture Musberger emailing it to Lavin or even guys like Kirk Herbstreit sending it around the office via email.
