What's the threshold to reach new levels on this site? Is it based on hours logged on or total # of posts or a combination of both?

I was curious about posts because I know I've probably posted 35+ times but it only shows 13 next to my name... does this update weekly?

I think there should be a special level for Chicos! :D

My favorite is poster Jimbo who always has "0 Posts" next to his name as he only posts in the Superbar.
