Title: I saw Fulce & Acker
Post by: bilsu on June 08, 2009, 09:45:14 PM
I went to the Al tonight for reseating. Fulce was coming out of the Al when I got there. He was on crutches smiling and laughing. I asked him how the surgery went? He said "it went real good". While we were sitting waiting for our turn to pick seats Aker walked by. When my wife asked if the was Aker, he smiled and nodded to us. He seemed friendly and in a good mood.

That's fantastic, but who is Aker?  Is he related to or friends with Acker?   ;)

I, too, saw Joe Fulce, Otule, and Acker when re-seating..., and Joe appeared very stiff legged.  As I recall, when my wife broke her kneecap, her leg was immobilized for over a week.  Trouble is, the surgery didn't 'repair' his problem.  It was done in the hopes that it could promote healing that has not occurred.

The surgury removed scar tissue and clean up his knee. That repaired that part of the problem. Holes were drilled in his knee cap to promote healing for his fracture. That part is not repaired, only his body can do that.

Surprising that little comment has been made by members about Acker being heavily involved in the re-seating process. Two weeks ago in a 6-page thread, he was a goner.

I had written another message but it was deleted. The gist of it was I find it interesting that no one is talking about Mo being around the program even though we spent four or five days in a six-page thread discussing his being reportedly asked away. Is this not news for anyone else?

Was Acker "heavily involved in the re-seating process"?  Or did he just happen to be at the practice facility where the administration was holding the re-seating?

Exactly.  It's not like the guy was giving tours of the Al to people!

Maybe Acker was at the Al running extra laps and doing extra pushups.  Y'know--doin' time.

When I was there Acker walked out of the reseating room with another person around his age. I assumed he just passed through the room coming from some where else.
