Good grief.
Sure sounds to me like there may be more to the story than 4 paragraphs based entirely on the coaches version of things.
As Paul Harvey used to say...

And another...
Brueningsen says Cheatham unexpectedly quit after being told he had to follow PIAA regulations. He says the PIAA was concerned that Kiski was recruiting from member schools.

Cheatham is almost as bad of a name for a coach as it is for a lawyer.
That was the name of the Three Stooges law firm:
Dewey Cheatum and Howe.

Good grief.
What I like is the poll in the first article. Based on allegations in a lawsuit filed by the coach and without talking to the school the choices were, in effect:
(a) the school has a right to control its enrollment -- implying that it was actually choosing to limit the number of black players; or
(b) the coach "this sounds like blatant racism" -- based on the coach's allegations.
So the poll presumes racism in some form, but leaves it to the voters as to whether or not it is OK under the circumstances! Nice.
