Title: Tom Crean Show - 35 minutes in and no sign of TC
Post by: MUEng92 on November 06, 2006, 06:36:24 PM
It has been interesting with Jerry Sch... Schie....Schei... Jerry the assistant coach and an interview with Steve Novak.  But, is Crean lost downtown somewhere?

I was wondering how they were going to fill an hour every week.  Maybe it is by having TC on for less than 30 minutes

Title: Wingspan/Height - Tread +4, Jerel & DWade +7

That blows my mind.  I had to check, I'm +3/4".  That is why I am sitting at a computer rather than playing competitively.  Of course it may have something to do with my vertical being not much higher than my wingspan/height difference.

Not all inclusive, but some things I found interesting

- Cubillan really improved the last few days coming into the game.  Want to get him 20+ mpg.

- Blackledge was a no brainer once they knew they didn't get Stemler.  Love his length - weighed 179 today (lots-o-cheeseburgers overnight).  Don't know what to call him yet - He prefers "Trend" by friends, and "Lawrence" by strangers.  Crean & Homer agreed that everybody in the MU bball family should be considered a friend :)
Title: Cubillan
Post by: NYWarrior on November 06, 2006, 07:27:49 PM
I am very excited about David Cubillan's potential to help the team this season.......MU has not had a roster with a servicable backup PG since Diener was a freshman behind Henry.  If Cubillan can run the show effectively, DJ will have a monster season and MU will be tough to contain offensively.  In addition, he seems to have the strength and quickness to defend the PG slot - - so key for this or any team
