Title: So how is Ryan Going to convince?

How is Bo Ryan going to convince the best college players in the US to shoot for 60 points and play in the swing offense?  I would think Calipari would be best for this job, knows how to take a bunch of high school studs (or in this case would be college), and get them to play together.

Bo Ryan will be teaching them fundamentals and the flex cut, when all these boys will want to do is run and gun.

While I never root for Wisconsin there is absolutely no denying Bo Ryan is a fantastic coach.  He needs to recruit better though becuase no matter how great the coach, Talent wins basketball games.

He gets "Ws," but he produces an unwatchable brand of basketball.  I'm prepared for the USA team's talent to revolt against Dracula after the first couple practices.

"What do you mean I shouldn't run so fast?!??!"

Not once did I mention he was a poor coach.  There is a reason why he holds the best winning percentage in the 90's.  The man can win games, but his brand of basketball is not what a National Team full of the all-stars will/should play.

That 57-54 win over Serbia will be one to cherish, I'm sure. :D

Or what they will WANT to play.

You know, as a coach... you usually don't give a damn what they want to play.  If it was up to my team, we woulda just played sloppy pickup basketball the whole time.

For a team that will be quite good like Ryan will have, this method would probably work... however for most teams it wouldn't.
