Title: Kyrie Irving - '10 PG
Post by: spartan3186 on April 28, 2009, 10:59:13 PM
Marquette made the first cut for the #4 PG in the country in '10 according to Zags Blog. Still a huge list though, includes Georgia Tech, Duke, Indiana, Seton Hall, Texas A&M, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Notre Dame, Florida, Marquette and Kentucky.

Lord have mercy, if he matriculates at MU, will this signal the return of Gregorian chant to popularity on campus?

I hear a booming hip-hop version in my head.  It's pretty awesome.

If MU is mentioned we obviously are not recruiting him and he'll be going elsewhere.

Hilarious. Only the ones that nobody has heard anything about show up out of nowhere with a signed LOI.

Somebody posted shortly after Buzz was hired that he is a stelth recruiter; that the kids he is really after will not show up on the radar until they are committed.  I guess that person knew what he was talking about.

Still fun to watch the process though.
