Are walk-on's allowed to still be on the team when the scholarship limit is reached? Practice only? No place on the team at all? Just curious?
You're allowed 13 SCHOLARHIP roster spots. You can have as many non-scholarship guys as you want, so Frozena would be OK.
WHO?
No offense ...
but is that you Rob (I'm talking to you deep vacuum)?

Not Rob. Just clueless about college BB rules. Thanks TCTB.
I was under the impression his scholarship was ACADEMIC, not an athletic scholarship.

I think that's true for most of season. For the NCAA tourney you're limited to 15 guys I think. There was an interesting article about the two Michigan State walk-ons that I read recently. There are 16 people on that team, so the walk-ons basically took turns being part of the team during the tournament.

Of course he doesn't have an athletic scholarship. It couldn't be more obvious.. If you ever have an questions this site does have a scholarship table.
Thanks for clarifying that; I was so confused
Speaking of the schollie table, why is Hazel still on it? Waiting for the end of the school year and formal release?
Whoops, I had forgotten that we hadn't made it official yet. Table updated:

Hazel leaving resolved the over-scholarship limit for next year, and essentially reduced the number available in 11-12 to 3.
